Frequently Asked Questions
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards via www.paypal.com from customers in the USA for orders under $2,500. For orders over $2,500 and from customers outside the USA funds must be wired in advance of shipment. We will also accept cashier checks and money orders, however be aware there will be a delay in shipping until the funds have cleared our bank.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, only with payment in advance via wire transfer.
Are your prices negotiable?
Generally there is very little room for price negotiations. Our margins are low and our income is based on volume. Please note our prices and minimum purchase are generally based on taking that entire product.
Do you sell in smaller quantities?
On some products we can sell as little as one case but most products have a minimum order of one pallet to a truck load. Look at the minimum order quantity on each product to find the lower minimums.
Will you sell less than the minimum quantity?
On occasion we can will sell a smaller quantity but be aware the price will increase, remember our published prices are based on larger minimum orders. Smaller orders will have to be discussed on a case by case basis.
Do you blind drop ship?
Yes, however the minimum order for your selected product still applies.
Are shipping charges included in your price?
No, shipping fees are based on actual quotes we get from various carriers. We will need your ship to address to calculate shipping. For overseas customers we will arrange shipping to your designated port in the USA and request you arrange shipping from the USA port to your destination.
Can we arrange our own shipping?
Yes, you are welcome to have your selected courier or trucking company pick up your order.
Can we go pick up our order ourselves?
It depends on the location of the product you ordered, this can be discussed on a case by case basis.
Are all of your products in one location?
No, we have a number of warehouses throughout the USA. So if you buy multiple products they could be shipped from different warehouses.
Are all of your products listed on your web site?
No, if you do not see what you are wanting, please email us with your requirements. We may already have it or know where to get it for you. We are well connected in the liquidation business and know where to get most anything.
Do you ever broker product?
Yes, we have strong relationships with several larger companies. For companies we have known for a long time and trust, we will list some of their products to help them.
